Ingredients
- 1 Box Dairy Craft Scamorza, Grated
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Drizzling
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

Method
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet in the oven to 220°C for 20 mins
- Toss the grated Dairy Craft Scamorza with a little salt and pepper and add to the hot skillet
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted completely
- Serve straight out of the skillet with a drizzle of olive oil on top, accompanied by lavash or mini toasts
