- 1 Ready Pizza Base
- 4 Tbsp Store Bought Pizza Sauce
- 50 Grams Diced John Cheese Pizza Cheese
- 1 Onion Sliced into Rounds
- ½ a Capsicum, Sliced into Rounds
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 Ready Pizza Base
- 4 Tbsp Store Bought Pizza Sauce
- 50 Grams Diced John Cheese Pizza Cheese
- 1 Onion Sliced into Rounds
- ½ a Capsicum, Sliced into Rounds
Method
- Preheat oven to 250°C
- Place the pizza base on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce on it, then top with the onions and capsicum
- Sprinkle over the pizza cheese liberally
- Bake in the oven till cheese melts and starts browning
- Serve
